At Chicme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Chicme account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
